Xander’s dad is pushing for him to end his camp experience early so that he can begin football training, so Emma, Ravi, and Lou have started working with him. Emma, Ravi, and Lou put Xander through his paces because his father is insistent that he stop attending camp and begin football practise.

US actor Kevin Quinn rose to fame in his role as Bunk’d’s head counsellor, or “counsellor,” at Camp Kikiwaka in the Disney Channel series. His character, Xander, dated Emma Ross, and he stepped into that role. Emma and her siblings had made it to the camp. Since the beginning of the show, Xander has been a central character as the head camp councillor, appearing in every single episode through the first two seasons before the story arc that sees him leave the camp. When he left, his character was effectively erased from the series. Although neither Kevin Quinn nor the Disney Channel have commented on his departure, it can be safely assumed that he left to pursue other opportunities.
He was hurt and he was still in love with Emma, even though she didn’t know it at the time. Xander was absent for four episodes of the series. He was absent in Friending with the Enemy, Love Is for the Birds, Zuri Has a Little Lamb and Weasel Out and all of Season 3.
